As a newnan knight, I have a hard time accepting the good ol boy attitude of who you know and who how well off your family is. Stop riding the coat tails of your fathers and grandfathers, gain some integrity, and make your own way it this big world. Try all this with a smile and a little compassion for your fellow neighbor. Stop with greed and the self centered attitude where everything revolves around big money to others expense. You will find that laying your head down at night will be easier.

The good ole boys don't have any trouble laying their head down at night. Look what happened in the last local election - Newnan good ole boy Bob Blackburn vs David Stover. Stover ran on a platform of getting rid of the good ole boy politics and clearing corruption. Blackburn got his cronies to print complete lies about Stover's business. Blackburn's position as commissioner will forever be known as one of the most corrupt, disgusting mud-slinging campaigns, lies and now I'm hearing that there will be a lawsuit against them.
