Clay Perry : why do so many restaurants get it so close in newnan & then drop the ball? where is a good, non chain, place to get really good southern food? that has waitresses, and offers more than sandwiches or hotdogs.. i miss melears..
YOUR BACKYARD in Newnan is the best place ive been in, the food is excellent and the service is supurb the address is 385 jackson st newnan ga 30263 on google map but its on the corner of hwy 29 and the bypass right beside the new cvs pharmacy
I agree about Backyard. Also Town and Country does a great job. Southern Traditions on 54 next to Rockin B's is good. Nana's Country Kitchen is excellent, off 29 in Palmetto.
When restaurants are allowed to serve alcohol on Sunday is when we will get the decent restaurants in Newnan.
